We partner with a group of talented Artisans in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal. This Artisan Business focuses on providing employment to survivors of exploitation, empowering them to get a fresh start through the power of dignified work. The business offers ongoing job skills trainings to all their employees, as well as language classes and opportunities for personal growth.
In Nepal, special fabrics called Dhaka have long been used to make traditional men’s hats. Today, our Artisan Partners use these unique textiles to create authentic and stylish bags. Each accessory is cut and stitched by hand by Artisans who learn every part of the process. This ensures that every bag is of the highest quality and style.
